REGISTRATION GUIDELINES - EFFECTIVE August 1, 2022 - JULY 31, 2023

BEFORE REGISTERING AS STAFF YOU MUST READ AND FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE NEWEST UPDATES REGARDING USSF AND THEIR GUIDELINES FOR HAVING YOUTH ON ADULT TEAMS. IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A CLUB STAFF MEMBER TO MONITOR AND MAKE SURE ALL YOUR PLAYERS (youth and adult) FOLLOW THE PROPER PROTOCOLS AND ARE PROPERLY CLEARED TO PLAY. OUR MPL STAFF WILL ASSIST YOU IN THIS PROCESS BUT IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CLUBS STAFF AND PLAYERS.

NOTE - any players or staff found to have created more than one registration, falsifying information, or attempting to register for more than one team will be assessed an individual fine and possibly a team fine and could also lead to expulsion from the league, loss of points, or more after investigation. If you are having trouble of any kind DO NOT attempt to create a second profile.

RETURNING STAFF

STOP - if you are registering a team for a new season go to our TEAM REGISTRATION page and follow directions there.

This page is only for individuals registering a team already registered in our league as a staff member.

1. Log in to your account
2. Click the "Registration Tab"
3. Click the "Player/Staff Registration" button and register for the new season.

​NEW STAFF

1. Before registering a new team you must create an account (there is no cost to create a staff account - you cannot be a player using a staff account. If you will be a player and staff member be sure to choose the option "Player and Staff")
2. Click 'Create Account' below
3. Fill out the form under 'Create Account', choose your Team and role with that team
4. Once you login, complete your 'Profile'.
5. Once your profile is complete, and you have been approved for the new season, you will be able to use the tools to manage your team and players using our system.
