"Over the past three years, we've grown from a local team into a structured, semi-professional club with a committed coaching staff and a talented roster," Gomez explained. "MPL provides the platform to continue that growth and represent our city with pride."

"Our mission has always been to develop players, foster a winning culture, and engage our community," he added. "Competing in MPL allows us to take the club to the next level while laying the foundation for long-term success."

  2. Local sponsorships and small business partnerships
  3. Club fundraising efforts and community support
  4. Out-of-pocket contributions from club ownership

Rush Hour FC is committed to growing its fan base through targeted outreach to local schools, youth programs, and community and adult leagues, as well as active social media engagement. The club seeks to be a visible and accessible presence in Colorado Springs, using matchday experiences and community events to create a loyal and energetic supporter culture.

Recruitment, Competition, and Long-Term Vision

Rush Hour FC builds its roster through tryouts, local scouting, and recruitment from high schools, colleges, and community leagues, targeting players aged 16–35, with a focus on technically strong, competitive, and highly committed individuals. The roster blends experienced players with emerging talent across all positions to maintain depth, versatility, and a high-performance mindset.

For its first MPL season, success will be defined by establishing a competitive and disciplined team culture, representing Colorado Springs with pride, and helping players reach their highest potential. Over the next three to five years, Rush Hour FC aims to become a premier semi-professional club recognized for competitive success, player development, and strong community engagement, while laying the groundwork for future regional and national opportunities.

"Joining the Mountain Premier League is a key step in our journey," Gomez emphasized. "It allows us to compete at a higher level, represent our community, and build the foundation for long-term growth and success."
