GAM United FC Advance from Colorado to USASA Region IV Final

GAM United FC advance from Colorado to face Mesoamerica FC (CA) in the USASA Region IV Final.  After an strong performance in the Colorado State Cup final vs FC Boulder, GAM United went on the road to defeat Real Jalisciense (AZ) the Arizona State Cup champion with the game taking place in Bernalillo, New Mexico June 9th.

GAM United were fortunate to have the week off to prepare for the Region IV final with lightning cancelling their home game on June 30. The team has shared their eagerness for the opportunity to play new competition throughout the last couple of years and participating in the USASA National Amateur Cup has helped GAM accomplish those goals. The players have rallied behind their well known hashtag #WESTAYUNITED as their commitment to each other to see this run through this year and return with hardware continues.

GAM United currently sit in second place in the Mountain Premier League with a 4-1-0 record, their only loss of the 2019 coming to FC Boulder on June 16th. A Region IV team has not won the Fritz Marth cup since 2005 and a Colorado team hasn't won it since 1995. Denver Kickers won their 5th Fritz Marth Cup in '95 winning it back to back after '94. Prior to that they won in '83, '78, and '77. The Mountain Premier League is proud to be represented in this prestigious tournament that has so much American soccer history by one of it's most competitive clubs GAM UNITED FC.
